Meet Agatha! She came to us with her four brothers and sisters super young and have been raised here at the sanctuary. She's got an amazing calico coat we're sure will grow out beautifully as she gets older and green eyes. Ambrosia is a beautiful young girl who came to us with her mom and siblings. She had an ulcer and some inflammation in one of her eyes when we first took her in. With some medicated drops the ulcer is gone and her eye is all better, it just gets watery and squinty from time to time. She is a friendly and sweet girl who loves other cats. She is the first cat to greet our new arrivals and try to make them feel welcome. She is very affectionate and loves to cuddle and ask for pets. She would do well in a home with another cat or as your one and only.

Meet Andouille, the adorable little black cat that is sure to bring so much love into your life. Andouille arrived at the ranch with his siblings and mom and has only ever really known life at the sanctuary. He's got a beautiful sleek coat and loves to hang out with his siblings and other cat friends. He likes to slink around our catio and play all day when he's not munching on treats! Astro is the sweetest cat and most dapper boy! He does amazing with other cats and loves everyone he meets. Astro was treated for FIP when he was only a few months old and fully recovered. He is such a cuddly boy who doesn't mind being picked up and handled. He loves toys and playing but also is mellow and likes to cuddle. He would be fine as a solo cat but also would be great with a kitty friend in the home. He is the absolute best!

Athena was rescued from the South LA shelter as a kitten. She was with us for 4 years and then adopted out into a home. Unfortunately, she was returned because she doesn't get along well with other cats. Athena loves being with people and tries very hard to get your attention. She is very outgoing and friendly and is cuddly on her own terms. She loves to be pet and brushed and one of the sweetest natured cats we currently have. She would prefer a home without other pets so she can be the center of attention and hang out uninterrupted with her human.

Barnacle is a handsome and confident young guy who was abandoned at our front door with his mom and siblings. They were in a foster home for a while and now they are back with us and ready to find their forever homes! Barnacle is very friendly, playful and loves other cats. He would not do well as a solo cat and needs to be adopted with one of his friends or into a home with a feline friend.

Bear and Panda are two adorable bonded sisters who were born in a backyard hoarding situation. We were able to rescue them with their mom and they lived in a wonderful foster home until they were big enough to be spayed. They are now looking for their forever home together. They can be a little shy but once you start playing with them they open up and are so much fun! They have only ever been together so we are looking to get them adopted into the same home. Meet Beignet, a playful tabby kitten with an endless curiosity about what the other kittens are up to. Confident in new situations, he quickly adapts to his surroundings. Beignet arrived with his four siblings and mom, and now they're all ready to find their forever homes. He's always eager to explore and make new discoveries. Binx is a handsome cat with a beautiful sleek black coat. He takes a bit to warm up to new people but will happily accept pets once he's been acquainted with you. Binx carries around his favorite mouse toy in his mouth and will occasionally sound off little trills to get your attention. Though he is timid at first he can be easily bribed with treats! We are having so much fun getting to know him.

Blueberry is the the most fun little panther! She was rescued from the shelter where they thought she had a broken leg but it turned out to just be an abnormal growth plate. She was diagnosed with FIP in October and has since completed her treatment. She is so happy to be with the other cats again! Blueberry is very spirited, energetic and cuddly. She adores playing with the other kittens, she's curious and always up for adventure! She is going to be the most wonderful addition to someone's home.

Boba Fett is such a handsome guy! He lacks a little confidence in new situations but is quick to warm up. He gets along great with the other cats and loves to play. When he was about a year old he was diagnosed with FIP but responded very quickly to the treatment and is fully recovered! He is a really sweet boy who is very cuddly and ready to find his forever home!

Meet Bolton, the shy but affectionate kitten who finds solace in the warmth of a welcoming lap. This sweet kitty thrives on cuddles, emitting rumbling purrs as he nestles into the comfort of his human's embrace. Bonus is a friendly and affectionate cat who was found by one of our workers as a kitten hiding under a house. She was very skittish, shy, and untrusting of people. She has come so far since being with us and has really become a whole new cat! She enjoys playing with feather toys, cuddling and just hanging out. Bonus is very mellow and gets along well with other cats. When she was a kitten she had an injury to her tail so it is shorter than most cats which just makes her extra special. She is so ready to find her forever home and will be a wonderful kitty companion!

We first met Bosco during a TNR event, but we were unable to release him due to a large wound on the side of his neck. He was grumpy and not very social with us at all. After some time to heal and realizing that we were not here to harm him, Bosco turned into a marshmallow! He loves to talk with us and he rolls over for pets and loves being loved on! He is FIV positive but has been good with the other cats and is a very special boy that deserves to live his life in safety and surrounded by the his forever people!

Meet Buckaroo! Do you need a little shadow that follows you around, loves kisses, and gives the best cuddles? You're in luck! Buckaroo arrived to us with her 6 sisters who have now all been adopted and somehow this cutie is still looking for her forever home! She likes to make her feelings known as she asks for love and attention often. Her favorite thing to do is hop up in your lap and settle down for pets and a nap as she purrs loudly. Chase and his brother Cruise were rescued from the Lancaster Shelter after their owner could no longer care for them. They are adorable, fluffy bonded brothers. They are very friendly and cuddly and love meeting new people. They are nervous around cats they don't know and seek out each other for comfort. They are only available to be adopted as a pair.

Chubs, a resilient 2-year-old cat, was rescued from the shelter just 8 hours before he was scheduled to be euthanized due to entropion, a painful condition that causes the eyelids to flip inward. Thanks to immediate surgical intervention, Chubs has had his eyes fixed, is completely healed, and thriving. Chubs is such a character- always chattering and looking for pets. His signature move is flopping over and rolling around with love and excitement. Everyone who meets Chubs instantly falls in love and it's not wonder why. Clara came to us with an umbilical hernia and an upper respiratory infection. Her owner was not able to continue care for her and surrendered her to the South LA Shelter. We were able to address her hernia and cold and she is now doing wonderfully! She is slowly opening up to us and the other cats here. She is a mellow and kind-hearted cat with a very sweet disposition. She would be fine as a solo cat or in a home with another mellow cat.

Clementine is a very shy girl who we took in with her siblings. She loves other cats and burrowing in blankets. She enjoys playing with a laser light and wand toy but her favorite activity is cuddling. She was diagnosed with FIP earlier this year and completed treatment without a hitch. We are working with her to get her to trust people more. Slowly she is opening up and we love to see her personality blossoming!

Cleo is a shy beauty with the prettiest eyes. She was from a backyard hoarding situation where she had recently given birth. We were able to find a wonderful foster for her and her two kittens and they all have come out of their shell so much! She is still pretty shy around new people and situations but she is warming up more and more every day. We can't wait to see her personality blossom more and help her find her forever home!

Meet Clove! This precious calico kitten was found with her siblings Basil and Nutmeg in a box outside of the shelter without a mom at a very young age. Handfed back to health at our sanctuary, Clove is now ready to find her forever home! She may be a pretty girl but that doesn't stop her from tackling her siblings when it's time to play. Darla is a massive cuddle bug and has the kindest soul! She does well with cats, dogs, and children after she has had some time to adjust. She is a sweet girl who all her vets love! Darla does have some allergy issues that are being handled by medication and a special diet. Overall she is a healthy, happy and wonderful cat who is more than deserving of a loving home.

Dwight and his sister Honey were adopted from the South LA Shelter as small kittens. After a few months in the home, they were surrendered back to that shelter. They are very bonded so unfortunately they were passed over a lot since so many people only wanted one cat. We scooped them up and are so glad that we did! They are amazing. Dwight is a very handsome boy, who is initially a bit more timid than his sister but once he is comfortable he is the most outgoing and cuddly boy! They are both playful, fun and so friendly. They are very bonded so they are not available to be adopted separately.

Eloise is a beautiful and spunky kitten. She was found on the street with injuries to her eyes and was blind. We took her in and she recently had surgery to remove the injured eyes and has never been happier. She is the smartest girl. She uses her other senses to get around and play and is pretty fearless for a cat without vision. She loves to cuddle with people and will sit on your shoulder while you're working. Erica is a beautiful girl with unique face markings. She was rescued as a newborn with her brother Jackson and mom from Lancaster Shelter. She enjoys exploring the cat enclosure, nosing in on other cat activities and making sure she is seen. Erica can be a little hand shy, but after some playtime and just talking with her she opens up beautifully. Erica is a playful, fun cat that is ready to find a forever home!

Fifi is a gorgeous, fluffy senior girl. She was adopted from us as a kitten and then was abandoned at our front door in a carrier 14 years later. She is such a great cat and she has the cutest raspy meow. She likes to talk back when you talk to her and LOVES being brushed. She takes daily medication for her thyroid but is healthy overall. She is very outgoing, loving and affectionate. She gets grumpy with the other cats and would be better as a solo pal. She loves people, has been great with children, and is looking forward to the day where she can be in a home again.

Gumbo was part of a TNR event but after being released he was injured and his microchip led him back to us. We took care of his wounded leg and gave him some TLC. He was too sweet of a boy to release again after he healed, so now he is with us until he finds his forever home! His rough start on the streets led him to be FIV positive but he gets along great with our other cats. He is a talkative, charming boy who deserves to live a pampered life.

Hannah is the best! She is a very mellow girl who loves to lounge and snooze the day away like a typical cat. She enjoys her cozy nooks and watching the nonsense that the other cats are doing around her. She is a princess and she knows it. She enjoys being pet and adjusts well to new situations. She coexists fine with the other cats but often will do her own thing and not bother with them. She is such a beautiful girl who is waiting patiently for the perfect home.

Hernando is the best boy! He is confident, friendly, playful and cuddly. We rescued him from the medical list at the East Valley Shelter. He had blood in his urine and didn't feel well. He ended up having crystals in his urine which we treated and now he is feeling great! He really likes other cats and adapts to new situations very quickly. He captured our heart immediately and we can't wait to help him find his forever home!

Meet Hex! She came to us with her four brothers and sisters super young and have been raised here at the sanctuary. She's definitely the most independent out of the group and enjoys napping on cat scratchers cuddled up with her siblings or being curious about the world around her. Indiana Jones is a very handsome tabby boy who was found wandering the busy streets of West LA as a small kitten. He is a mellow guy who is very affectionate and curious. He was treated for FIP shortly after he came to us but and recovered so well! He loves to play and does well with other cats. He has been in great health and is looking forward to finding his forever home. We know he would do fine in a home with another playful cat or as a solo guy. He is such an adventurer and the very best boy who has been waiting far too long to find his home.

Ingrid is a sweet and shy young girl who we rescued with her three kittens. She is very shy with new people but over time we have gained her trust. She likes other cats and loves being in quiet nooks or cat trees. She is very treat motivated and will meow for Churu treats. She likes Temptations treats and puzzle feeders. Ingrid would love a calm and quiet home with a patient owner who understands that she will need some time to feel comfortable and relaxed.

Isla is amazing. She was abandoned at our front door with her mom and siblings. They were in a foster home for a while and now they are back with us and ready to find their forever homes! Isla was born with underdeveloped eyes and suffered a bad eye infection when she was only a few weeks old. She has never had sight. She loves all other cats and is very smart. She gets around really well and will be having surgery soon to have her eyes removed so that way she can avoid reoccurring eye infections. She would not do well as a solo cat and needs to be adopted with one of her friends or into a home with a feline friend.

When you visit the cats in our atrium, Issa Rae is usually the first to come and say "hi!" She is a beautiful young calico girl who we rescued from the East Valley Shelter as a kitten. She had a unique birth defect when she was born without toes on her right hind foot. She just has a little paw pad. This has not inhibited her in any way! She loves to run, jump, climb and play. She is a shoulder cat and if you are crouched down around her, you can bet that she climb her way up to your shoulder. At a very young age she developed FIP and has since recovered and is FIP free! She is very active but when she runs out of energy she is the biggest snuggler. She likes other cats and absolutely adores people. Whoever adopts her is in for a lifetime of happiness!

Is there anything cuter than a cat with socks?! We don't think so and that's only ONE of the great things about Jambalaya! This sweet girl came in with her 4 siblings and mom and has really just made this place home and befriended everyone she meets. Jambalaya is fun, playful, bouncy, cuddly- everything a kitten should be! She would do great in a multi-cat household or with a kitten around her age. Sweet Jane came to us with her litter of 6 siblings! All were adopted but Jane was returned to us a year later due to her anxiety. Since being back at the sanctuary she's quickly come out of her shell and loves pets once she's acquainted with you. Jane enjoys sitting in her cave-bed when she's not wandering around and getting affection from staff. She would do best in a home that's quieter and can give her the patience to blossom into her best self. Jerry is our tall, dark and handsome black cat. He was rescued from the South LA shelter as a kitten and adopted quickly. Unfortunately, due to some medical issues for his owner, they could no longer keep him and brought him back to us. He is a very loving and sweet boy with the most gorgeous coat! He is very uneasy with change but does well when he has some time to decompress when moving to a new environment. Once he is settled, he calls out for pets and he loves people. He has some food sensitivities and takes daily medication for that. He takes a while to adjust to meeting new cats but does settle in with them after some time. He would do well as a solo pet or in a home with another mellow cat.

Kevin is the most loving guy! He has allergies so he takes an allergy shot every two weeks and is on a limited ingredient diet. He likes other cats and absolutely adores people. He likes to play and is very confident. He has some scarring on one of his eyes but it is just cosmetic and doesn't affect his vision. He needs to be kept 100% as an indoor kitty as he has several allergies to different trees, grass and pollens. He is a very cuddly boy who loves to make biscuits and is very curious and outgoing. Laney was rescued from the shelter with her mom and sister. Laney developed FIP and responded to treatment very quickly. She is all better now and is more than ready to find her forever family! She is playful, cuddly and loves other cats. She is the sweetest and most outgoing girl. We feel like she would do well home with another young cat as a companion or in a home as a solo cat.

Meet Lannister, an adorable little guy that has completely blossomed since being in our care. He and his siblings arrived at only a few weeks old and were absolutely terrified of everything. We have spent the last few months spending every spare second to socialize them and all the hard work has paid off. It turns out that Lannister is an extremely loving and affectionate little kitten. Though he may be a bit shy at first, he quickly warms up and will show you all the cuteness he has stored inside him. He will often follow us as we leave the room and mew at the door in hopes that we will quickly return to keep him company. He loves to rub up on the walls, your leg, enjoys play time with other kittens his age, loves to cling onto the older cats, and is an all around rockstar. His best friends are his siblings Bolton and Shae and ideally we would find them a home as a pair. We are so proud of how far Lannister has come and are confident that he would make an incredible friend to anyone that adopts him. Lilo was abandoned at our door with her mom and siblings. She is a little shy but friendly and loving. She was the runt of her litter but has grown into a beautiful and healthy girl. She is most comfortable around her siblings and would do best in a home with another cat.

Say hello to Luka! Luka was rescued from the Palmdale shelter after he caught our eye and our hearts with his winning pur-sonality and his silly "honk" like meow. Luka is a talker and will often chirp at us from across the room when he wants a little attention. But he's also a lover. He loves to headbutt and rub up on you as if to give you a kitty hug. Although Luka is FIV+, he gets along with cats and kittens of any age and spends his days lounging on the catio with all the other feline residents. Luka would do well on his own or in a house with pre-existing kitties. Malcolm is a community cat who was very friendly and was previously TNR'd. He has a dark eye that is the result of an old infection that wasn't treated. The ophthalmologist said that he doesn't need anything for it, it is healed and doesn't affect his vision. Malcolm likes to be held and adores belly rubs. He is a volunteer favorite and loves to greet visitors on the catio. He is such a friendly guy who can't wait to find his forever home!

Mary Poppins is a very friendly 2 year old cat. We rescued her from someone who was caring for her and was able to get her spayed. She adores people and wants to crawl right into your lap. She is a petite girl who loves to roll around for belly rubs. She has been such a ray of sunshine and we are having so much fun getting to know her. She is ready to find her forever home!

Matilda is a petite, outgoing cat who we rescued from a hoarding situation. She has some scaring on her eye from a previous infection that went untreated. She has seen the doctor and it is all healed she will just have a little bit of a cloudy eye forever. It doesn't bother her one bit! She is such a mellow girl who loves to meet new people. She does really well with other cats but prefers to be around people. We are finally starting to see her playful side and it is so rewarding to watch her blossom into a confident cat. Mick is a mellow senior boy who is very affectionate and sweet. He really likes to nap and he loves cozy nooks. He is an affectionate boy who loves being pet and he will roll over for belly rubs. He gets medicine twice a day but recently saw the vet and is doing well. He is vocal and silly and most definitely a big personality and staff favorite here. He loves meeting new people and hanging out with his favorite people. He would love a calm home to spend the rest of his life being spoiled.

Meet Mimi, the sweet and loving feline who's ready to find her purrfect forever home! After dedicating herself to nurturing her precious kitten, Mimi is now seeking a place where she can be the center of attention. During her time at the ranch she has learned to peacefully coexist with many other cats, but Mimi occasionally craves her own space for moments of solitude. When she's not playing with her toys or lounging atop the tallest cat tree, she's a bundle of affection and chatter, eager to shower her new human friends with love and companionship. Miss Rococo is a beautiful tuxedo kitty with the most gorgeous golden eyes we've ever seen. This pretty lady came in with her four babies she raised amazingly when she was still just a kitten herself, and now she's ready to settle down with her forever family! Oliver is a handsome boy who was abandoned by his owners. He was being bullied by the neighborhood cats and had several wounds to his face and head. He got the medical care he needed with us and his superficial wounds are healing. He is such a loving guy, we don't know why someone would ever abandon him. He is fine around other cats but they do make him nervous since he was bullied in the past. He is vocal, mellow but likes to play, cuddle and is ready to find his forever family!

Patrice is a very laid back girl who likes human company but can also do her own thing. We rescued her from the shelter where she had a wound on her foot, one of her toes needed to be amputated but she doesn't even notice it is gone. She is FIV positive but is very friendly with the other cats in her room. She is currently on a diet because she stress-eats and gained a lot of weight in a little amount of time. She is a little shy with strangers at first but once you find the sweet spot behind her ear to scratch you will be her best friend! She would be fine in a home with other cats or as your solo companion.

Percy is such a sweet and playful boy. He came to us with a broken leg and after surgery and cage rest he was good as new! Unfortunately, after a few months he developed FIP but with treatment recovered very well. Now he is a beacon of health and is so happy to feel good and be able to run and play with his friends. He has so much personality and is so very sweet. He is gets along well with the other cats. We love him so much and feel like he would be happy in a home with another cat or even as a solo boy.

Poppy is a gorgeous fluff who is very, very shy with new people. She adores other cats and should be in a home with another cat she can play and cuddle with. She is really playful and comes around once she trusts you. It took several weeks for her to warm up to the staff here. She will call out to us when she wants to be pet and will rub against your legs or crawl into your lap, and now loves to be pet. She still doesn't love to be picked up but may come around over time. She needs a patient home probably without younger children with someone who will give her the time and space to become comfortable.

Rio is a beautiful fluff who was abandoned at our front door with her mom and siblings. They spent some time in a foster home before coming back to us for adoption. Rio is very friendly and cuddly. She loves to snuggle and play with her siblings and is very playful with us. She needs to be in a home with another cat or adopted out with one of her friends here.

Saltine is a very sweet girl who we rescued after she was found sick on the streets. She is very friendly and mellow. We are still getting to know her but so far she has been outgoing and cuddly. She is ready to find a safe and loving forever home.

Meet Souffle, our playful tuxedo kitten looking for his forever family! Souffle was brought to us after being found in a dumpster with his siblings and mom, Brie, at only two days old. Starlight and her son Twinkle were rescued from the shelter together. Twinkle was still nursing and Starlight was the very very best mom to him! Twinkle is now big enough to make his own kitten friends in our kitten room and Starlight is so excited to have some "me time". She is a very sweet girl who is laid back and friendly. Cool, calm, and collected, Sunny enjoys living life at a leisurely pace, bringing a sense of tranquility to any home. He enjoys words of affirmation from his people and is a huge snuggle bug. Tajin is a young cross-eyed, 3-legged sweetheart. We rescued him from the shelter where he was having trouble walking. He had surgery for a broken leg and then unfortunately developed an infection in the bone at the healing site. The infection was resistant to antibiotics and would not heal so his leg needed to be amputated. Since losing his leg he has adjusted wonderfully! He gets around really well and loves to play and wrestle with the other cats. We are so proud of his progress and can't wait to see him go to a loving home!

Meet Taylor! Taylor was adopted out as a kitten but returned to us at 5 years old due to allergies. Since returning to the sanctuary Taylor has blossomed into the sweetest boy! He approaches the staff with his loud purrs always ready for pets and treats. We've slowly been introducing him to other cats here and things seem to be going great! Thor is a large, beautiful girl with a big personality. She definitely acts tough on the outside but is a big softie. She is very affectionate and loves people. She is a little guarded with new people because she was returned after being in a home for a year. Her owner was traveling a lot and no longer had time for her. She hasn't let it get her down though. She is still a very sweet girl. She would be best as your only cat because she does not have patience for the other cats around her. She would rather get all of your time and attention and not have to share with others. Thor is very laid back and a secret lap cat.

Thumbelina is a petite girl who was sickly and shy when we took her in. She was from a backyard hoarding situation where she was very underweight. We took her in and nursed her back to health so she could be safely spayed. She has come out of her shell and is such a sweetheart! She loves to roll over for pets and be cuddled on by people. She is going to be the perfect addition to someone's home.

Truffles couldn't be sweeter! She was intercepted after she was found roaming around outside of the South LA Shelter. She had a flea collar and a tipped ear but was clearly abandoned. Despite this she is a very outgoing girl who loves people. She is affectionate, confident and loves to receive belly rubs. She does well with the other cats but would also be happy as a solo cat. Meet Twitch! He came to us with his four brothers and sisters super young and have been raised here at the sanctuary. Twitch got his name by always being the first to latch when it came to bottle-feeding, which makes kittens ears twitch. He's the biggest kitten of his litter and has a lot of playful energy to burn. Ulrich is a sweet and mellow lil pal who was found outside during a TNR event. He used to be so shy but now loves to hang out with people and cuddle in their laps. He adores other cats and loves to wrestle and play. He is the most handsome little gentleman who has been with us since he was a kitten. We are so glad that he has become more confident and is showing visitors how wonderful he is. We can't wait for this guy to find his happily ever after.

Watermelon is a sweet but timid girl who we rescued with her siblings. She definitely needs to be in a home with another young cat so she can feel comfortable. She was diagnosed with dry FIP in the winter and just finished treatment. She is still very shy but takes solace in the other cats. We are working with her to help her continue to open up. We see the sweet girl who is yearning to play and be loved. We are excited to see her personality as she continues to get more comfortable.

Wolfgang is a curious little guy who LOVES belly rubs. He is very playful, cuddly and would love to find a home with someone who will make him feel safe. He was found as a scared solo kitten who didn't trust people. He has grown so much and now greets new people without fear! He is pretty mellow and loves to find cozy nooks to snuggle in. Meet Yam! He came to us with his four brothers and sisters super young and have been raised here at the sanctuary. He's the second biggest of the litter and is the only one who has a gorgeous cream colored coat. Zippy is an adorable grey kitten who we rescued from the East Valley Shelter. She had a wound on her lower lip and was in their medical ward. She is all healed up now and just moved into a room with other cats. She is very playful but slightly timid. She is starting to get to know the other kittens and really finding her way.
