Our 5th intervention program began helping the San Bernardino County in January 2026. We are helping pet owners receive financial assistance with spay/neuter, medical care, supplies, and impound fees. We have a Lange Foundation employee inside the Apple Valley Shelter Tuesday- Saturday to do all we can to prevent owners who think they have no other recourse other than surrendering their pets to the shelter system.
