Atticus came to us through our San Bernardino Intervention Program after his previous owner, heartbroken but overwhelmed, surrendered him. As an indoor/outdoor cat, Atticus had been getting into scuffles with other neighborhood cats, and it just wasn’t safe for him anymore. Now neutered, safe, and settling into his new environment, Atticus is thriving. This big, handsome boy is FIV-positive, but don’t let that worry you—cats with FIV can live long, healthy, and happy lives with the right care. Aubrey is the sweetest! She was found outside in Compton and brought into her finder's home during a rainstorm. She is so friendly and cuddly and loves people he didn't want to return her outside. Blueberry is the the most fun little panther! She was rescued from the shelter where they thought she had a broken leg but it turned out to just be an abnormal growth plate. She was diagnosed with FIP in October and has since completed her treatment. She is so happy to be with the other cats again! Blueberry is very spirited, energetic and cuddly. She adores playing with the other kittens, she's curious and always up for adventure! She is going to be the most wonderful addition to someone's home.

Boba Fett is such a handsome guy! He lacks a little confidence in new situations but is quick to warm up. He gets along great with the other cats and loves to play. When he was about a year old he was diagnosed with FIP but responded very quickly to the treatment and is fully recovered! Boots is a tender-hearted senior cat who has been through more than any animal should. He was surrendered to the shelter for euthanasia after becoming withdrawn and refusing to eat. A medical exam revealed two BB pellets lodged in his side and a large cancerous mass on his paw. To save him, the mass was removed and his leg amputated. Through it all, Boots has shown quiet courage and endless sweetness. He’s adjusting beautifully to life on three legs and is once again seeking out gentle pets and soft places to rest. Briar is a handsome white longhair with a gentle, affectionate nature. He came to us from the Lancaster shelter and can be a little shy in new situations, but warms up nicely with some treats and patience. Meet Buckaroo! Do you need a little shadow that follows you around, loves kisses, and gives the best cuddles? You're in luck! Buckaroo arrived to us with her 6 sisters who have now all been adopted and somehow this cutie is still looking for her forever home! She likes to make her feelings known as she asks for love and attention often. Her favorite thing to do is hop up in your lap and settle down for pets and a nap as she purrs loudly. She does great with other cats, and we think she would do just fine with a dog if given time for proper introductions. Buckaroo is a catch you just shouldn't miss! Buttons was abandoned as a small kitten at our front door along with her siblings. She is a very happy and playful girl. She will chirp at us for attention and loves to run around to get her zoomies out. She settles down for a good cuddle session and is overall a very good girl! Caramel and his siblings, Caspian and Calista, were rescued just in time from the South LA Shelter as their owner was preparing to surrender them. Caramel is curious, playful and very outgoing. He is very attached to his brother Caspian and ideally would find a home with him.

Cash is a 7-year-old Siamese mix who came to us due to changes in his mental health after being surrendered by his previous owners. He was very depressed and shut down and was facing euthanasia. Since arriving with us, he’s shown us just how sweet and loving he can be once he feels safe. He enjoys calm environments, loves meeting new cats and kittens and really takes them under his wings, and quiet time with people he trusts. Cash has a soft spot for stuffed animals and never turns down a good chin scratch. Recently, he has really become close with the staff and now frequently seeks attention and will rub up on us and roll over for belly rubs. Caspian and his siblings, Caramel and Calista, were rescued just in time from the South LA Shelter as their owner was preparing to surrender them. Chester and his siblings were born here at St. Bonnies Sanctuary. Everyone found a home but recently Chester was returned when his family adopted a new young cat who was being a bit of a bully to him. Chester is a bit shy at first and usually needs a few days to come out of his shell, but with love, patience, and some treats, he quickly shows you how sweet he can be. Chickpea is a very shy kitten who was rescued from a garden center with her mom and siblings. She has come a very long way from the grumpy, hissy girl we first met. She is slowly starting to trust us and letting us pet her. She is still very nervous and untrusting but we know that with some more time she will continue to open up and trust people.

Clementine is a very shy girl who we took in with her siblings. She loves other cats and burrowing in blankets. She enjoys playing with a laser light and wand toy but her favorite activity is cuddling. She was diagnosed with FIP earlier this year and completed treatment without a hitch. We are working with her to get her to trust people more. Slowly she is opening up and we love to see her personality blossoming!

Cleo is a shy beauty with the prettiest eyes. She was from a backyard hoarding situation where she had recently given birth. We were able to find a wonderful foster for her and her two kittens and they all have come out of their shell so much! She is still pretty shy around new people and situations but she is warming up more and more every day. We can't wait to see her personality blossom more and help her find her forever home!

Darla is a massive cuddle bug and has the kindest soul! She does well with cats, dogs, and children after she has had some time to adjust. She is a sweet girl who all her vets love! Darla does have some allergy issues that are being handled by medication and a special diet. Overall she is a healthy, happy and wonderful cat who is more than deserving of a loving home.

Dewey and his siblings were born in foster after a Good Samaritan found their mom - Sydney - as a pregnant stray. Dewey is probably the most shy of the group but once you start petting him he opens up. He is very close with his sister Gale and is always playing or cuddling with her. He would love to find a home with one of his siblings or another young cat or kitten.

Dragonfly and her 3 siblings were rescued from the East Valley Shelter after they were found as strays without their mother. They are very sweet and personable kittens. They cuddle and play with each other all day and they love to be held and talked to by people. Dragonfly is very curious, she meows at us for attention and loves to chase feather toys. Erica is a beautiful girl with unique face markings. She was rescued as a newborn with her brother Jackson and mom from Lancaster Shelter. She enjoys exploring the cat enclosure, nosing in on other cat activities and making sure she is seen. Everett is fearless. He was born in a backyard cat hoarding situation and was the only one of his siblings to survive. One of our staff members fostered him to make sure he was growing healthy and strong. He is the most outgoing boy! He likes to play hard and adores other cats. He loves to climb, jump and wrestle. Once he tires himself out he is the most cuddly boy who is content with curling up in your lap. He developed FIP but recovered well! Meet Evian! This sweet baby was intercepted by one of our staff before entering the shelter system and got her eye removed due to an infection shortly after coming to the sanctuary. Franklin is a gorgeous, affectionate boy with a heart as big as his journey has been. Life threw some serious challenges his way early on—he was adopted as a kitten and later developed FIP, a serious illness that left him temporarily unable to use any of his legs. But Franklin is a true fighter. With more aggressive treatment and lots of love, he beat the odds and overcame FIP, regaining the use of three of his four legs. Though one of his front legs remains stiff, it helps him balance and doesn’t slow him down from living a full, happy life. He walks with confidence, uses the litter box like a pro, and only has a bit of difficulty jumping or climbing. Franklin is a playful soul who adores feather toys, catnip, and especially the company of other cats. Because grooming can be tricky for him sometimes, he needs the occasional bath—but don’t worry, he absolutely loves being brushed and pampered. His favorite thing in the world? Snuggling. Franklin lives for cuddles and will nuzzle into your chest, tucking his face into your clothes, perfectly content just being close to you. Freya is a gentle, affectionate girl who came to us after her beloved owner passed away. Gale and her siblings were born in foster after a Good Samaritan found their mom - Sydney - as a pregnant stray. Gale is the mini-me version of her mother. She is very beautiful and curious. Grasshopper and his 3 siblings were rescued from the East Valley Shelter after they were found as strays without their mother. They are very sweet and personable kittens. They cuddle and play with each other all day and they love to be held and talked to by people. Grasshopper is the most bold of his siblings. He is curious and loves to wrestle with his siblings. He is not available to be adopted as a solo kitten and would be happiest in a home with one of his siblings.

Gumbo was part of a TNR event but after being released he was injured and his microchip led him back to us. His rough start on the streets led him to be FIV positive but he gets along great with most other cats. With his compromised immune system, he developed FIP and was very anemic. After a blood transfusion, a lot of love and FIP medication he bounced back. He is healthy and strong again and just the sweetest boy. His fur is extra soft and he loves to burrow in blankets when he isn't cuddling with his favorite humans. He would probably be happiest as a solo cat in the household but if he has feline friends he gets along best with females. He isn't a huge fan of large male cats because he feels like he needs to compete. He is a talkative, charming boy who deserves to live a pampered life.

Gumdrop was rescued from a junkyard. She is a very friendly and talkative girl who is very affectionate. We are still getting to know her personality but so far she has been a dream. She was treated for an upper respiratory infection when she first came to us and our vet said that she needs a dental cleaning but other than that she is a healthy girl!

Harrison spent most of his life living on the streets, but you’d never guess it from his gentle, easygoing nature. This big, handsome guy is the definition of mellow—he’s not the type to demand attention, but he’s always happy to soak it up when it comes his way. Friendly with people and great with other cats, Harrison is the kind of companion who brings a calm, comforting presence to any home. He’s also a bit of a talker, with the cutest meow that he uses to say hello or let you know he’s around. Harrison is ready to trade street life for the good life—a warm bed, a few quiet windowsills, and someone to share peaceful moments with. Hickory was born in a foster home and raised with his siblings until they were weaned. He is a little shy and can often be found burrowed in a blanket or little fort. He can be enticed to come out and play though and is getting used to meeting new people. He loves to play with Twig and they have become best friends. Since they are bonded, we are looking to adopt them out together.

Honeydew is a very shy girl who we took in with her siblings. She is starting to open up and it is so rewarding to see her progress! She will let us pick her up and hold her and she likes to be pet. She definitely needs to be in a home with another young cat so she can feel comfortable.

Hope was rescued by a Good Samaritan who found her posted on a social media app as a neighborhood cat who was being abused. She was a skeleton, had glue sprayed on her and had a very high fever and dental abscess. The Good Samaritan took her in to get her off the street but was not allowed to keep her. We took her in, got her a dental cleaning and on antibiotics for her infection. She is such a sweet girl who wants nothing more than to be pet and cuddled. She has put on weight and is doing so good. She was recently spayed and ready to find her safe and happy forever home.

Iguana was rescued from a hoarding situation with his siblings. He is very shy and we have been working with him to get him more comfortable with people. He loves to cuddle and play with other cats and we know with more time he will open up. He is still very timid and skittish so he needs a patient owner and a quiet home preferably with another young mellow cat or his brother Newt.

Indiana Jones is a very handsome tabby boy who was found wandering the busy streets of West LA as a small kitten. He is a mellow guy who is very affectionate and curious. He was treated for FIP shortly after he came to us but and recovered so well! He loves to play and does well with other cats. He has been in great health and is looking forward to finding his forever home. We know he would do fine in a home with another playful cat or as a solo guy. He is such an adventurer and the very best boy who has been waiting far too long to find his home.

Meet Indie, a 2 year old petite kitty that gets along great with our resident cats and would mesh well in a multi-cat home. Ingrid is a sweet and shy young girl who we rescued with her three kittens. She is very shy with new people but over time we have gained her trust. Jasmine is an affectionate 11-year-old dilute calico with a heart full of love. Jerry is our tall, dark and handsome black cat. He was rescued from the South LA shelter as a kitten and adopted quickly. Unfortunately, due to some medical issues for his owner, they could no longer keep him and brought him back to us. He is a very loving and sweet boy with the most gorgeous coat! He is very uneasy with change but does well when he has some time to decompress when moving to a new environment. Once he is settled, he calls out for pets and he loves people. He takes daily medication to help with some tummy troubles and does so well with it. He has been having a hard time with the other cats here and would love to be your only pet.

Jinks is a stunning and spirited girl. Originally rescued after surviving a dog attack as a stray, she was lucky to find a loving home where she spent 11 wonderful years. Sadly, her owner passed away, and Jinks returned to our care—confused, grieving, and unsure of her new surroundings. With time, patience, and gentle care, Jinks has begun to settle in and show her sweet, chatty side. She enjoys attention but on her own terms, and she’ll kindly let you know when she’s had enough. Jinks is a laid-back couch potato who loves lounging, and ruling her space with quiet confidence. She would thrive as the only pet in a calm, stable home where she can be loved and respected for the regal beauty she is. Kai is a beautiful house panther with the most amazing eyes. We rescued her from the shelter with her mom and siblings. She is friendly, vocal and very playful. She likes to chase and play with the other cats but also has a mellow, cuddly side. She developed FIP and responded very well to treatment. Now she is healthier than ever and can officially say she beat FIP! She is such a wonderful girl and she would love to find a home as your one and only or she would be happy to be in a home with another cat.

We rescued Kestrel and her 3 kittens from Compton where they were found living in an apartment complex. The kittens were 4 weeks old and Kestrel was an amazing mama to them. They are now 9 weeks old and mama Kestrel is done caring for them and she ready to move onto a home of her own. Kestrel is very sweet and affectionate. She makes cute chirps and rolls over for belly rubs. She is mellow and beautiful and will make a great companion!

Kevin is the most loving guy! He has allergies so he takes an allergy shot every two weeks and is on a limited ingredient diet. He likes other cats and absolutely adores people. He likes to play and is very confident. He has some scarring on one of his eyes but it is just cosmetic and doesn't affect his vision. He needs to be kept 100% as an indoor kitty as he has several allergies to different trees, grass and pollens. He is a very cuddly boy who loves to make biscuits and is very curious and outgoing. Laney was rescued from the shelter with her mom and sister. She had FIP and recovered a year ago. She is all better now and is more than ready to find her forever family! She is playful, cuddly and loves other cats. She is the sweetest and most outgoing girl. We feel like she would do well home with another young cat as a companion or in a home as a solo cat.

Meet Lannister, an adorable little guy that has completely blossomed since being in our care. He and his siblings arrived at only a few weeks old and were absolutely terrified of everything. We have spent the last few months spending every spare second to socialize them and all the hard work has paid off. It turns out that Lannister is an extremely loving and affectionate little kitten. Though he may be a bit shy at first, he quickly warms up and will show you all the cuteness he has stored inside him. He will often follow us as we leave the room and mew at the door in hopes that we will quickly return to keep him company. He loves to rub up on the walls, your leg, enjoys play time with other kittens his age, loves to cling onto the older cats, and is an all around rockstar. His best friends are his siblings Bolton and Shae and ideally we would find them a home as a pair. We are so proud of how far Lannister has come and are confident that he would make an incredible friend to anyone that adopts him.

Leona is a very shy girl who we recently took in from a hoarding situation. It takes he a while to feel comfortable in new environments and trust new people. She is comfortable around other cats and is good friends with Perdita. She is a very friendly and mellow cat who would be happiest in a quiet home without too much chaos.

Lilly just finished raising her litter of six kittens and now that her mom duties are done, she’s ready to find a home of her own. She’s affectionate, loves attention and pets, and gets along well with other cats. Lilly is easygoing and would make a loving addition to a calm, caring home. Miss Rococo is a beautiful tuxedo kitty with the most gorgeous golden eyes we've ever seen. This pretty lady came in with her four babies she raised amazingly when she was still just a kitten herself, and now she's ready to settle down with her forever family! Miss Rococo does awesome with other cats and is often the cat we introduce new cats to due to her mellow nature to show them it's ok to get cozy here. She loves any and all kinds of affection and has an affinity for all varieties of treats and food! Meet Mounds, a sweet senior looking to spend his golden years being spoiled in the lap of luxury. Mounds found his home as a young cat but was sadly recently returned to us after his owner of 12 years passed away. Since returning, Mounds has adjusted wonderfully and loves to hang out with all the cats, staff, and volunteers. Pecan is one of 21 cats who were heartbreakingly abandoned at a motel in Buena Park. Though he started off timid and unsure, it didn’t take long for this sweet boy to come out of his shell—and what a transformation it’s been! A visit to the ophthalmologist revealed entropion, a painful condition where the eyelids roll inward, causing the lashes to irritate the eye. After successful corrective surgery, Pecan is finally pain-free—and we can now see his gorgeous eyes shining bright. Pecan is ready to leave his past behind and start fresh with a loving family. Meet Penelope! This beautiful medium hair beauty came to us after her owners threw her out of their home after she became pregnant at 8 months old. Luckily, we were able to rescue her before she gave birth and she was able to have her babies in peace and safety. Percy is such a sweet and playful boy. He was treated for a broken leg and FIP as a kitten but fully recovered. Percy has a big personality and loves people and other cats. Salsa was a very shy kitten when she first came to us but soon after she settled in she became a very cuddly and playful cat. She was diagnosed with neurological FIP and had a hard time beating it. Luckily after months of treatment she is now doing so much better. She is vision impaired but can see well enough to get around and play with her favorite sparkly toys. Early on in her FIP diagnosis, she lost use of her hind legs but regained movement during treatment. She is still a little wobbly on her back legs but they are getting stronger and it doesn't interfere with her zoomies and you would be surprised at how fast she can be! She has been such a champion at adapting to her new life. She is a very sweet girl who loves to chirp at us for attention and lean against us for pets. She has the cutest, gentlest little mews that will steal your heart. Sometimes she takes a minute to warm up to new people but once she knows that she is safe and loved she really blossoms.

Saltine is a very sweet girl who we rescued after she was found on the streets. She is very friendly and mellow. She loves to be pet and doesn't feel the need to be the center of attention. X-rays revealed a fractured pelvis, but thanks to early care and weeks of strict cage rest, she healed without surgery. Now fully recovered, Smurfette is playful, affectionate, and full of life. She's been with us for four months and is more than ready to find a forever home. She’d do great as a solo cat or with a playful kitty friend. Meet Souffle, our playful tuxedo kitten looking for his forever family! Souffle was brought to us after being found in a dumpster with his siblings and mom, Brie, at only two days old. Stanley’s journey hasn’t been easy. He was found as a stray and brought to the East Valley Shelter with multiple open wounds on his hind end. Understandably scared and unsure, Stanley needed a soft place to land—and that’s exactly what he got. After receiving medical care and lots of TLC, he’s healed beautifully and has been given a clean bill of health by our vet. Now that he's feeling better, Stanley’s gentle and affectionate personality is shining through. Starlight and her single kitten were rescued from the shelter. Her son was adopted and now Starlight is looking for her forever home. We rescued Sugarplum from the East Valley Animal Shelter where she was medically alerted for not eating and swelling in her mouth. We got her into our fabulous dentist where she was diagnosed with a bad case of stomatitis. Unfortunatley due to the severity of her inflammation she had to have all of her teeth removed. Now she is feeling SO MUCH BETTER! She is the sweetest girl and you can tell that she is happier now that her pain and swelling has resolved. She can eat just fine, is cuddly and loves a good feather toy. We are so excited with how well she is doing and we can't wait to help her find her forever home.

Meet Sunny, our dapper tuxedo sweetheart! Cool, calm, and collected, Sunny enjoys living life at a leisurely pace, bringing a sense of tranquility to any home. Tabasco is the most friendly boy with the squishiest face! He was abandoned by his owner and was being fed by a neighbor for several years. He had so many scars on him it was clear he had a really rough life on the street. To top it all off he is positive for FIV and also has tummy issues which is managed by monthly B-12 injections and daily medication. He recently had surgery on his hip and is doing wonderful. He has been the most cuddly boy with us. He has been particular about the cats he likes and doesn't like so we think he would be happiest as a solo cat. Watermelon is a sweet but timid girl who we rescued with her siblings. She definitely needs to be in a home with another young cat so she can feel comfortable. She was diagnosed with dry FIP in the winter and just finished treatment. She is still very shy but takes solace in the other cats. We are working with her to help her continue to open up. We see the sweet girl who is yearning to play and be loved. We are excited to see her personality as she continues to get more comfortable.

This charismatic boy is Yellowstone. He was at the North Central Shelter, where he was medically flagged due to a large mass in his ear canal. The mass was causing recurrent ear infections and a noticeable head tilt. Thankfully, we were able to rescue him and get him the care he needed. Yellowstone underwent surgery to remove the polyp, which turned out to be benign—and since then, he’s been feeling so much better! The painful infections are gone, and his playful, affectionate spirit has truly come to life. Yellowstone is an incredibly social and talkative cat who absolutely adores people. He’ll walk right up to you, chirp for attention, and soak up all the love you’re willing to give. While he still has a slight head tilt, it only adds to his quirky charm and endearing look. Now fully recovered and full of love to give, Yellowstone is ready to find his forever home.
