Bonded Pairs

Some of the animals we rescued are in a “Bonded Pair.” This means they are bonded (attached) to another animal and must be adopted together.

They could be family, a parent with their offspring or brothers and sisters. Our Bonded Pairs could also be companions with a well-established bond through their shared life experiences.

These are pets that, even though they may be otherwise well socialized, have come to depend on each other as a survival technique.

Bonded Pairs seem to rely on one another for their social cues, for confidence building in new situations, and for stress relief in any uncertain predicament.

Our Bonded Pairs come in a variety of ages, from babies to teenagers to seniors.

We make every effort to keep these Bonded Pairs together and seek a home for them that has a heart big enough for two.
